If you have ever tried a Philly Cheese steak then you will love this. Years ago I saw Jeff Smith make a version like this on PBS. This is definitely a fancy version of this street food. You can really use your favorite steak as far as meat or substitute steak for chicken. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
