How to make a soft buttery vegetable omelette with Bechamel Sauce.
Ingredients
Bechamel Sauce:
- 1 C milk
- 1/2 t butter
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash white pepper
- slice of onion
- 1 garlic clove
- salt to taste
- 2 T oil
- 1/4 C flour
Omelette:
- 3 eggs per omelette
- 1 t cold water
- salt an pepper to taste
- 1 T butter
- your choice to filling for omelette
Instructions
Bechamel:
- add oil to hot pan
- add flour and stir until it becomes a soft dough consistency
- remove from heat and set aside
- melt butter in non-stick pan
- add 3 eggs and water to bowl and mix until egg become watery
- add eggs to pan and season
- cook on med/low heat
- push in sides once bottom becomes solid and let runny eggs run into sides of pan
- flip eggs if you don't want a running inside
- turn off heat, and add guts
- fold in half and serve with bechamel sauce
- Enjoy
