- 1 C fresh mango
- 1/4-1/2 t fresh ginger
- 1 T-1/4 C sugar (depends on how sweet you want this)
- 1/2-3/4 C Greek Yogurt or Indian
- 1/2 C Ice
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve with a dash of black cardamom
