Chicken Lo Mein is an easy and simple dish to make. I used an asian egg noodle in this recipe but you could use an Italian noodle as well. Most Asian markets sell a large variey of fresh and frozen noodles. Make sure you follow the directions on the package and don’t over stir the noodles.
You can really use any sort of protein in this dish or none at all. As far as the vegetables you can use any thing you want. I used Napa cabbage in this but regular or bok choy could be substituted. Try one of the two different sauces I have supplied in the recipe or make one up or you own. Enjoy!
