
This is a quick and easy black bean salsa. It is bold with flavor but not hot. I will also have another version that is sweeter where I add pineapple or mango. Check out the recipe for this version.
Ingredients
Black Bean Salsa:
- 32 oz of black beans
- 15 oz of petite diced tomatoes
- 15 oz of tomato sauce
- 2t-1 T of Sea Salt
- 1 T cumin
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 2 dried guajillo, ancho and mole peppers ground. You can add any pepper you like.
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1/4-1/3 C fresh cilantro
- 1/4 C fresh orange juice
- 1-2 garlic cloves
Black Bean Salsa:
- 32 oz of black beans

- 1 C fresh pineapple or mango
Instructions
Black Bean Salsa:
- MNix everything together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
