How to make a soft buttery vegetable omelette with Bechamel Sauce.

Vegetable Omelette with Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients

    Bechamel Sauce:
  • 1 C milk
  • 1/2 t butter
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • dash white pepper
  • slice of onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt to taste
  • 2 T oil
  • 1/4 C flour
    Omelette:
  • 3 eggs per omelette
  • 1 t cold water
  • salt an pepper to taste
  • 1 T butter
  • your choice to filling for omelette

Instructions

    Bechamel:
  1. add oil to hot pan
  2. add flour and stir until it becomes a soft dough consistency
  3. remove from heat and set aside
  4. melt butter in non-stick pan
  5. add 3 eggs and water to bowl and mix until egg become watery
  6. add eggs to pan and season
  7. cook on med/low heat
  8. push in sides once bottom becomes solid and let runny eggs run into sides of pan
  9. flip eggs if you don't want a running inside
  10. turn off heat, and add guts
  11. fold in half and serve with bechamel sauce
  12. Enjoy
